PAW Calendar Cat of the Month, Teemo
Each year one kitty is especially shy, and Teemo took that award this year. His human mom was not surprised since he took a long time to come out of his shell even with her, so considering he wasn’t completely terrified of me, he did so great! He even paused long enough to look at the camera and try to figure out what I was up to.
About this project: In the summer of 2017 I had the honour of photographing 12 adorable cats who once belonged to the Lethbridge PAW Society but who now have comfortable, happy homes to call their own. Each of these cats were featured in PAW’s 2018 calendar, showing off the good that comes from people graciously donating to the society and providing foster homes for the abandoned cats.
About PAW Society: PAW (People for Animal Welfare) is based in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, and has been arranging the adoption of homeless cats since 2000. It is a non-profit society in the Province of Alberta and a Registered Canadian Charity.
