PAW Calendar Cat of the Month, Keefey
After one failed year of trying to photograph Keefey under our belts, he finally made it into the calendar for 2016! He has come out of his shell a lot in the last year, which may be entirely because he remembers me visiting the year before and nothing bad happening ;) This time around we were able to get a few good photos of him before he retreated to the safety of under the bed.
About this project: In the summer of 2015 I had the honor of photographing 12 adorable cats who once belonged to the Lethbridge PAW Society but who now have comfortable, happy homes to call their own. Each of these cats were featured in PAW’s 2016 calendar, showing off the good that comes from people graciously donating to the society and providing foster homes for the abandoned cats.
About PAW Society: PAW (People for Animal Welfare) is based in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, and has been arranging the adoption of homeless cats since 2000. It is a non-profit society in the Province of Alberta and a Registered Canadian Charity.
