PAW Calendar Cat of the Month, Charlie!
Charlie is a very mellow cat; so much so that it was only possible to get one pose out of him from his favorite comfy spot perched on the couch! He’s featured in the September spot of the Lethbridge PAW Society’s calendar with his gentle look at the camera :) I loved how furry he was; you can hardly even tell where his body ends and the fur begins!
About this project: In the spring of 2013 I had the honor of photographing 13 adorable cats who once belonged to the Lethbridge PAW Society but who now have comfortable, happy homes to call their own. Each of these cats were featured in PAW’s 2014 calendar, showing off the good that comes from people graciously donating to the society and providing foster homes for the abandoned cats.
Charlie is Dusty’s friend and roommate, and it was a little tricky to get a photo of them together when Charlie just did not want to give up his couch spot! Luckily Dusty was a little more malleable and could be placed where we need him (mostly).
So much fluffiness for one household!
